In this class, I will select a broad variety of wines based on your input. Some of these wines will be similar to wines you know and love, and some will be very different. The main goal of this class is to teach you how to taste, and to give you vocabulary to accurately describe what you are tasting. We will also introduce basic wine concepts such as terroir, oak ageing, acidity, and body. You should emerge from this class with a better sense of what style of wine you prefer.
